A video was recently released from the Islamic State (ISIS) militant group, announcing a message for Russia that they will soon be attacking Kremlin. The video comes after a bombing incident occurred last Oct. 31 killing 200 people in Russia, which is suspected to be an ISIS activity.

Mashable reports that the video, which shows the gruesome killings of the ISIS, included a message for Russia that is believed to be a threat for an attack that will soon come in Kremlin. The publication reports that the video has a trademark of the ISIS' Al Hayat media center and was just confirmed by the monitoring group SITE.

The video was titled "Soon, Very Soon the Blood Will Spill Like an Ocean." The video is believed to be a warning for Russia and a confirmation that ISIS was behind the recent bombing of the Russian Metrojet flight 9268.

The flight, according to Mashable, crashed just 20 minutes after it took off from Egypt, killing all those on board — a total of 224 people. Apparently, the militant group is not over with Russia and possibly the whole European continent, FOX News speculates.

"The video is a clear threat to Russia, and to a certain extent to other Western countries," Veryan Khan, editorial director for the U.S.-based Terrorism Research & Analysis Consortium said. "The Islamic State claims they will reach the Kremlin and bring it down."

The threat is also seen to have a connection with Russia's active participation and intervention in Syria since September, Khan speculates. Furthermore, Khan said that the video can be used as a clue to reveal the plans of the ISIS attack.

"We will take through battle the lands of yours we wish. So much of your lands... We will make your wives concubines and make your children our slaves," the video mentioned as quoted by FOX News.

Ryan Mauro, national security analyst and adjunct professor of homeland security for the Clarion Project believes that the "ISIS is making it very clear that it will attack Russia, specifically Moscow, and a failure to do so will be a big blow to their prestige."

"We should assume they'll succeed because bombing a Russian airliner over Egypt is more difficult than attacking a random target inside Russia because ISIS only needs a small group of supporters among the 15 percent of the Russian population that is Muslim," Mauro added, per FOX News.

So far, there are no official statements that develop the ongoing disturbing story. ISIS remains to be hostile and Russia may or may not be attacked in the coming days as the ISIS video threatens that it will come "soon, very soon."
