In Thursday night's all-new episode of "Bones," the Jeffersonian team celebrates Thanksgiving together, while taking on a case involving the murder of a high-powered political journalist.

A preview for the holiday-themed episode, which is titled "High Treason in the Holiday Season," shows the team coming together for a Thanksgiving feast. However, FBI agent James Aubrey (John Boyd) expresses some apprehension about eating the turkey.

"If the turkey is not a turkey, I'm going to the diner," he tells Cam (Tamara Taylor) in the trailer for the episode.

Brennan (Emily Deschanel) will also share some fascinating facts about turkeys that only she would know.

"Human and turkey tissue share remarkably similar texture," she says in the promo.

The synopsis also reveals that the team will take on the case of a journalist, who was killed after she "outed operatives all over the world," Booth (David Boreanaz) says in the teaser video.

"The team investigates the high-stakes murder of a political journalist who was found dead after recently publishing an article exposing corruption in the NSA. Due to the nature of the investigation, Hodgins' paranoia takes over as the team realizes their every move is being watched. Meanwhile, Brennan secretly tries to plan a surprise for Booth and the whole team celebrates Thanksgiving together," the synopsis reads, according to CarterMatt.

The nature of the investigation will reportedly make Hodgins (T.J. Thyne) paranoid about being watched, as the team investigates the National Security Agency.

Episode 8 of Season 11 of "Bones," "High Treason in the Holiday Season" will air on Thursday, Nov. 19 at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
