As we get closer to the Jun. 16 date of the Miss USA pageant at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nev., we continue our revue of some of the more promising contestants in this year's field. Today, we have Kathleen Danzer from New Mexico.

Danzer, who has stated that she prefers to go by "Katie," stands 5'8" and possesses a stunning frame. She has been capitalizing on her excellent genetics since she was 15, when she began modeling. She recalls how she first got into the profession:

"A photographer asked to take my photo one day, then helped me start submitting it to modeling agencies and auditions!"

The 2013 Miss New Mexico winner has modeled for a wide range of different ad campaigns, from clothing companies to swimwear, even a boxing company.

When she's not modelling, Danzer has also started making appearances in front of another kind of camera as well. She is getting airtime as an actress and already has shows like "Crash" and "Easy Money" already under her belt. That's not all the 24-year-old beauty has going for her, however.

Danzer has been a certified hair and make-up stylist for three years. She also managed a dental company while going to school, but in the future hopes to become an anesthesiologist. Perhaps most indicative of her character has been her long-time advocacy for anti-bullying campaigns as well as her volunteer work at the Children's Grief Center.

"I have a love for helping others and making a change and difference in my community and the country I love," she says while reflecting on what motivates her.

Undoubtedly, Danzer is quite a catch, but what would a potential suitor have to do to win her over? She cites a great smile, outgoing personality, and sense of humor as the things she's most attracted to, while noting that being cocky, having a bad attitude, and being shy will quickly get a man passed over. As for that first date:

"I like being taken to places I've never been, flowers always make me smile, and I love when a guy can make me laugh!"
