When Jennette McCurdy was unable to find a buyer for her Studio City home for $1.4M last year, she recently re-listed it in the market for a lower price of $1.2M.

Though the interior design looked matured for McCurdy, according to Realty Today, the house was still the the perfect fit for her. In fact, this 2,600-sq ft house was her first acquired home and she adored it very much.

McCurdy's two-story contemporary Mediterranean home was originally built in 1987 and has been renovated and designed to what it is today.  McCurdy bought the home just this April of 2013 for $905,000 as she decide to have an independent life away from her parents.

Her home features an open floor plan which has been used to entertain guests and a sweet deck where everyone can enjoy the stunning views of nature and beautiful sites of the city. It has a large living room with a fireplace to keep the ambience warm and more relaxed. With the luxurious hardwood flooring, this residence also has modern amenities like gourmet kitchen, hot tub and swanky tea room. It has three bathrooms and three bedrooms perfect for people who wanted to experience a nice and cozy way of living.

The master's suite, one of the highlights of the house, is the perfect haven for tired individuals. It is spacious and also has this huge hidden closet which is a dream come true especially to women who have a great desire for fashion. The suite also offers a beautiful private deck with jacuzzi that can effectively soothe the stress away. After a long stressful day at work, it can surely take the load off anyone's tense muscles.

The slight drop in the price is intended to attract more potential buyers. $1.2M is still a huge amount of money yet, as stated by Housely, and whoever ends up purchasing the house will surely have a great investment with this masterpiece.

Aside from conquering the movie industry, McCurdy is also doing well in her music career. In fact, in 2008, she has released several pop-country singles including "Stronger," "So Close" and "Not That Far Away."

McCurdy is most known through portraying the role of Sam Puckett in Nickelodeon's "iCarly" where she co-starred the pop diva Ariana Grande. Currently, McCurdy stars in the Canadian show "Between" as Wiley Day, the minister's teenage daughter. "Between" is a science fiction drama series that revolves around the story of a mysterious disease causing people's death once they turn 22.
