It seems like everyday there is some new and weird invention coming our way. Technology has embedded itself into our everyday lives for a variety of means, including contact, convenience and entertainment. Sometimes, however, that convenience means out of the box ideas.

Check out which are some of the weirdest and unusual products to hit the web recently.

BAIT's Stash Sneakers

With 4/20 (the day that celebrates the use of cannabis) actually being a yearly thing now, the only thing left for fans of the green leaf is a way to carry around their product with ease. The solution to that? A pair of sneakers by BAIT and Adidas that have a secret pocket to store your cannabis.

The shoes, called "Happy 420," went on sale on April 15 and were designed with a heel that features a logo that looks like a cannabis bud.

The IllumiBowl

Now, a toilet that lights up might seem really weird to begin with but think about it for second. Instead of having to turn on the light and spook away your sleep why not just look for the bright light coming from your toilet?

The Kickstarter-funded IllumiBowl Toilet Nightlight, which was first seen on "Shark Tank," is the answer for all of those looking for an easy way to use the bathroom in the dark. The motion-activated night light has an adjustable handle that is easily fitted around your toilet seat.

So far, more than 120 have been sold. Take a look at the product's advertisement below.

The Smarttress

Forget hiring a private detective or just plain out asking to find out if your partner is cheating on you. Say hello to the Smarttress mattress and its "Lover Detection System."

Spanish mattress company Durmet claims that their new mattress, priced at a hefty $1,750 and available to preorder now, can send alerts to your smartphone to tell you if your partner may be cheating on you. How is this possible?

The mattress is equipped with sensors that will vibrate when the bed is being used and its speedometer will collect data on duration and impact. If you and your partner are both supposed to be at work then bed activity may seem weird, but then again it could just be someone jumping on the bed.

Regardless of how ridiculous it may sound, the Smarttress is a thing and people will purchase it.
