Brad Pitt seems to be ending the year with a lot of troubles as the divorce proceedings become a consistent burden to him and for his children with Angelina Jolie. Recently, Pitt has requested the court "more time" with his kids, motioning it to twice per week and also to seal the documents of these proceedings. But the odds are all not in favor for the "World War Z" actor as his request somehow did not meet the requirements for the custody agreement to be sealed and held confidential to the public.

Divorces are never happy and all the more will get messier as topics of custody and settlements will plague their family and most especially their kids, more so if they cannot agree on one point. As Perez Hilton reports, Brad Pitt is accusing Angelina Jolie and her legal team of compromising their children's privacy as all the legal documents are all out in the open.

In a second attempt to request these legal documents to be sealed, Brad Pitt stated that due to Jolie and her counsel's careless act to defy Pitt's request to increase his visitation rights, they have disregarded a confidentiality agreement.

The main purpose of this unending fight of Brad Pitt concerns the 'irreparable damage' and embarrassment that his children may experience if the public can access their emotional status and relationships with their parents.

The 'October Stipulation' as Mail Online reports, is a counter motion by the Maleficent star and her legal team after Brad Pitt appealed to courts for an extended visitation schedule and for the custody documents to be sealed. But the 'Stipulation' from Jolie's team was then publicized revealing details of the children's therapy with their parents wherein they will all undergo into group therapy sessions.

Brad Pitt's claim that the details of their group therapy should be kept confidential is truly reasonable given the delicateness of the issues which concerns his still minor kids. It is very understandable that Pitt, as a Father, would want their children to be spared from the harshness of reality, as they will 'become significantly confused, anxious, depressed or saddened, or becoming alienated or estranged from one parent.'
