Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie may have called in a truce after long months of disagreement. "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" are not selling Chateau Miraval and winery operations are still running. Apparently Angelina and Brad are not selling the estate because this is an investment for their six children. The two may be headed for divorce but are still involved in all the aspects of running the property.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have purchased Chateau Miraval for $60 million in 2011 and their first batch of 6,000 bottles of Miraval Rose were sold in just a matter of hours, Fox News reported. The chateau was also where Angelina and Brad held their wedding ceremony in 2014. Contrary to reports that the winery is closing and Angelina can't wait to sell it, three new Miraval wines namely a Mourvedre, a Cabernet Franc and a Provence red are currently in the works. Orders for their rose wine and whites are still being produced.

Marc Perrin, who owns Chateau de Beaucastel in Rhone and is a partner of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at Chateau Miraval, has also confirmed that the couple is not selling their property, The Drinks Business reported. Rumors also said that new bottles of Miraval Rose won't have the name of Jolie and Pitt on the label but Perrin said that this is also untrue. In fact, they have just released the latest vintage of the said rose wine with their names: Pitt, Jolie and Perrin.

Aside from fine wines, Chateau Miraval has recently ventured into manufacturing organic extra virgin olive oil. The olive trees in the property are cultivated and ripened evenly and naturally. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have not just invested in wines but also in organic olive oil which was valued highly for its aroma and unique flavor. The oil is for sale for €29 for half a liter and is in a black stoneware bottle to prevent UV-A and UV-B rays from affecting the quality of the oil.
