Showrunner Scott Gimple already confirmed that "The Walking Dead" Season 7 will officially continue for season 8. Not only that, the official plot description and promo clip for episode 15 "Something We Need" is here.

According to TV Line, showrunner Scott Gimple officially confirmed that there won't be left with another cliffhanger at the end of "The Walking Dead" Season 7. "The end of this season is very much the end of a chapter," he told the crowd. It's about setting up this gigantic, epic tale to come - not only in Season 8, but beyond."

As for the official plot synopsis of episode 15, Spoilers Guide notes, "A group of Alexandrians embarks on a journey; one member of the group must make a heartbreaking decision."

"The Walking Dead" Season 7 edges towards its close and tensions are finally coming to a head between Maggie and Gregory at The Hilltop, and both of these clips seem to suggest one of them won't be making it through "Something We Need" alive.

BGR has learned that the official preview clip sees the return of the utterly despicable but brilliantly unabashed Gregory (Xander Berkeley) talking to Maggie (Lauren Cohan) who is planting trees on the Hilltop's backyard.

Elsewhere, the trailer for next week's episode marks the return of the Oceanside group, opening with an explosion at their camp, while Tara leads Rick, Michonne, Aaron, Jesus, Daryl, Father Gabriel and a few others through the woods.

Plus, Daryl's got a box of what we're pretty sure are explosives in his hand, so that seems a given.

"The Walking Dead" Season 7 episode 15 is titled as "Something They Need". The upcoming episode is scheduled to premiere on March 26, 2017, at 9:00 p.m. EST first and exclusive on AMC.

"The Walking Dead" is an American horror drama television series developed by Frank Darabont.
