Hollywood producer David Pearce was charged with the murders of model Christy Giles and her friend, who were later dumped at separate Los Angeles hospitals.

Crime Online reported that a 42-year-old actor, Brandt Osborn, was also charged as an accessory to their murders.

Prosecutors have decided not to charge a third man named Michael Ansbach. He was initially arrested on suspicion of being an accessory in the deaths of the two women.

Pearce was initially arrested in December. He has been in jail for unrelated rape and sexual assault charges.

Giles and her friend, Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola, an interior designer, were left at Kaiser West Los Angeles.

Arzola died on November 24. Three men in face masks were seen leaving Giles and Arzonla's bodies at the hospitals and driving away in a vehicle without license plates.

Ansbach is not currently charged in the case, while Pearce was reported to plead not guilty on the day of his arraignment, which is July 11.

His lawyer, Jacob Glucksman, has yet to comment on the matter.

Model Christy Giles and Friend Murdered

Christy Giles and Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola were allegedly overdosed on drugs at a residence on Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles, according to a People report. They allegedly met a group of men during a party at an exclusive venue in the city's downtown area.

The Los Angeles model was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital, while Arzola later died on November 24 after being found unconscious.

A coroner confirmed how the two women died in April, noting that Giles died due to multiple drug intoxication while Arzola died from multiple organ failure and multiple drug intoxication.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's Office ruled that the women's deaths were homicides.

Giles had a fatal mix of cocaine, fentanyl, ketamine, and gamma-hydroxybutyrate acid, which is commonly referred to as date rape drug.

Arzola tested positive for cocaine and MDMA, as well as other drugs, which remained undetermined.

Christy Giles Murder Investigation

Investigators got a warrant in January to search dozens of electronics confiscated from the three men.

The Daily Mail reported that Arzola was pictured partying with Pearce hours before her death. The 26-year-old architect was also photographed having a good time with Giles before their murders.

Pearce and the women had met up at the warehouse party in Los Angeles that night, wherein Arzola texted Giles, asking whether the model wanted cocaine.

Surveillance cameras at the warehouse recorded Arzola and Giles leaving the party with three men in a Hyundai vehicle. They were at Pearce's apartment around 5 a.m.

Arzola was an architect who had just moved to Los Angeles from Mexico to take a job as a project manager for a design company. She graduated cum laude from Monterrey University two years ago.

Giles' mother was the first family member to receive news of her death.
