Powerball Winning Numbers: Did Anyone Win the $76 Million Jackpot Last Night?

The Powerball winning numbers for the jackpot worth an estimated $76 million had been drawn Wednesday night, but no grand prize winner was announced.

According to the Multi-State Lottery Association, the winning numbers for November 16's drawing are 28, 34, 51, 53, 56, and the Powerball is 11. The Power Play was 2X.

Magnolia Reporter noted that there were two Match 5 winners of $1 million in Georgia and Arizona, but nobody matched all six numbers to win the Powerball jackpot.

Powerball Jackpot Is Rising

After three straight drawings without a winner, the Powerball jackpot is slowly rising again. According to IndyStar, the Powerball jackpot for Saturday, November 19, increased to an estimated $93 million with a cash option of $46.7 million.

Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at approximately 10:59 p.m. ET. Powerball is being played in 45 states, as well as in Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

NJ.com reported that no one won Monday's $62.9 million Powerball jackpot, but a second-prize ticket matching five numbers was sold in Washington state. It was worth $2 million instead of the standard $1 million.

The Powerball winning numbers on Monday night were 19, 35, 53, 54, 67, and and the Powerball was 21 with a Power Play of 2X. The odds of hitting the Powerball jackpot are reportedly 292,201,388 to 1, and about a 1 in 11,688,053 chance to match five numbers.

Powerball Winner in Oregon Happy With $1 Million Prize

On November 7, the Powerball jackpot reached $2.04 billion after more than 30 draws without winners in the past three months. The draw had one winner in Southern California taking home the record-setting jackpot.

The Powerball winning numbers drawn November 7 were 10, 33, 41, 47 and 56, and the red Powerball was 10. Oregon Live reported that an 82-year-old retired truck driver in Salem, Oregon got five numbers to win a $1 million prize.

Brooks Keebey told the outlet that he bought $10 worth of Powerball tickets on a whim. Keebey noted that he bought the tickets at TNT Hollywood Tavern in Salem.

He said the winning ticket sold to him matched all five numbers but not the Powerball. Keebey noted that he knew something was up when the terminal told him to see customer service after scanning his ticket at a local store.

Keebey said he was fine with the $1 million prize, adding that he was "not greedy." Sharing his plans, Keebey noted that he will use the money to buy his wife a Cadillac and to pay property taxes. After state and federal taxes, the Oregon Lottery reported that Keebey took home approximately $680,000.
