Chiquis Rivera has long been accused of having a relationship with her mother's husband, but in her new book, she will explain her side of the story.

Before her untimely death, Jenni was said to have been at odds with her daughter Chiquis, who was supposedly having a relationship with her husband, Esteban Loaiza. Chiquis has denied these accusations, and she is writing a book to further clear her name.

"I feel that as a woman I deserve it because so many things have been said, and it's not fair," Chiquis said, according to Ideal. "Also the public deserves it because I don't want them to have that doubt; there I will explain everything, all my life."

The book is supposed to be released in November.

Chiquis had previously discussed wanting to write a book about this topic. It was shown on her reality show, "Chiquis Confidential," where the aspiring singer asked her aunt, Rosie Rivera, for her blessing.

"I just need to write this book, and I want and hope that she [Rosie] understands," Chiquis said in the episode, according to Voxxi.

On the reality show, Chiquis also said that she wanted to explain why she and her mother didn't get to say goodbye.

Chiquis performed for the very first time at the Premios Juventud show. She performed "Esa No Soy Yo," and she has been thanking supporters and defending herself on Twitter in the days following her performance.

In one Tweet, she said that being a size two was not the only size that was beautiful.

And she also encouraged her followers to not be affected by negative comments.

"Remember my #BossBees, true beauty comes from the heart," she wrote. "Don't let people bring you down with their negative comments."
