As the divorce process between Ashton Kutcher and his estranged wife Demi Moore is almost finalized, the "Two And A Half Men" actor is eager to propose to his current girlfriend Mila Kunis, rumors say.

Kutcher and 50-year-old Moore have been separated for the past two years, but they are still dealing with their divorce negotiation. The former couple didn't sign a prenuptial agreement when they got married back in September 2005. The 35-year-old actor filed for divorce in December 2012, a year after they first parted their ways. Moore also filed for divorce and she cited in her documents, "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind the split, which stated the official date as November 7, 2011.

Now, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have finally agreed to a settlement after a lengthy process. Moore will receive some of Kutcher's multi-million dollar fortune, adding to her already vast wealth, as well as shares in some of his successful technology startups.

Kutcher and 30-year-old Kunis have been dating over a year.

"Demi and Ashton's divorce has cast a cloud over his and Mila's relationship because it's dragged on for so long" a source says.

As the divorce process is near the end, Kutcher cannot possibly wait to propose to his "That 70s Show" co-star Kunis. He plans to ask her to marry him as early as next week, once the divorce with Moore is finalized, and take her to Hawaii as soon as he can.

"Thankfully Demi's turned a corner. She's no longer bitter and she wants the divorce over and done with as soon as possible so she can get on with her life too. They're all happy and the papers are signed and with the lawyers now, so Ashton's free to officially propose to Mila. Both of them want to marry and have children," a source adds.
