Even though the premiere of "American Horror Story: Hotel" is still months away, a number of spoilers are set to be revealed in the next month.

According to a recent report from TVLine, the network will reveal plot points and character details in July. The news will come before the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con where the cast and crew of the show will be present.

Producer Ryan Murphy has been very quiet about the new season but fans of the series should expect more original plot lines and stories.

The fifth season of "American Horror Story" will be shot in California as is among the 11 projects selected to receive tax credits under the first allocation of the state's new tax credit program, which expands program funding from $100 million to $330 million annually.

The first two seasons of "American Horror Story" were originally shot in California but the third and fourth season moved to New Orleans where production took advantage of the tax credits.

"American Horror Story: Hotel" is expected to see returning cast members Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters, and will also feature newcomers Matt Bomer and Lady Gaga.

The new series will continue the anthology format that that centers on different characters and locations. To this date there are no specifics on what individual actors will play.

"American Horror Story" first aired in 2011 and went on to be one of the most popular shows on TV. The series has won a number of awards including a Golden Globe for Jessica Lange and five Emmy awards in 2014. The show also took home two Critics' Choice awards for Paulson and for Zachary Quinto for the "Asylum" season.

"American Horror Story: Hotel" premieres in October.
