Actor Bruce Willis has decided to cut the price of his Idaho mansion by more than half of its original price.

The "Die Hard" superstar is now selling his expansive Sun Valley estate for $7,050,000 or nearly $8 million less than its $15 million asking price four years ago, according to Realtor.com.

The actor, who also starred in the critically-acclaimed, paranormal and suspense movie, "The Sixth Sense" put the property on the market because he was not visiting the property as often as he should, The Wall Street Journal noted in 2011, citing his listing agent's statement. Willis' agent is Janine Bear who is connected with the Sun Valley Sotheby's International Realty.

According to The Journal, the Sun Valley luxury estate the actor bought in 2003 is a 20-acre, lake front property with a ranch appeal. The 8,400-square-foot main house on the expansive property was rebuilt in the same year he purchased it and contains six bedrooms and five fireplaces.

Aside from the main residence, there is a separate guest house and a home gym the actor built on the Idaho mansion. The home also boasts water features like ponds, streams, and a heated swimming pool equipped with slides.

The chef's kitchen showcases modern appliances like two Sub-Zero refrigerators, Viking six-burner stove with dual ovens and two dishwashers. The gourmet kitchen also comes with several storage in its large pantry and sleek glass cabinets. Cooking in the kitchen is a breeze with its large working station that also comes with an island and a dining bar.

But the star of the celebrity estate is its 2,200-square-foot master suite. Staying in it for a relaxing sleep is easy with its gas fireplace, perfect for chilly nights. The suite also comes with a seating area, custom-built desk and bookshelves, a must for people who still like to do some important, work-related stuff before sleeping. The master bedroom also has a master closet with customized dressers and shelves. A lavish bathroom with a granite shower, a jetted tub, a granite shower and double sinks complement the room.
