"True Blood" star Joe Manganiello has officially said goodbye to his Hollywood Hills home.

The 38-year-old actor, known for his werewolf character in the HBO series, has sold the property for $1,925,000, roughly two months after it was listed for $1,995,000, Los Angeles Times reported.

The modern and nearly 2,500 square-foot former residence of the Pennsylvania-born actor reportedly features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Built in the 1960s, it now showcases a renovated kitchen, an open floor plan with living and dining areas, a den and some fireplaces. The new owners of the Hollywood Hills home will feel relaxed with the soothing views available to them.

Outdoors, the next residents can enjoy swimming in the luxurious pool. A great housewarming party may be planned and set in the expansive yard itself. A fountain can also be found, providing an added landscaping detail to the 10,800 square-foot grounds.

Photos of the home were featured two years ago on Variety, when the blog reported about the the actor's purchase of the property. The abode looks simple for a celebrity home from the outside, except for some creatively arranged stones and plants. However, inside, a visitor will immediately warm-up to its vibrant and comfortable inner living space. The wide and tall windows enhance the ambiance, making the interior brighter and more airy.

Furnishing in dark tones easily jive with light-colored painted walls and ceilings. Sleek furniture and other interesting art pieces will captivate several house guests.

The actor, who is also part of the cast of "Magic Mike XXL," spent $1,806,000 when he bought the luxury home in 2013, noted the Times. Now, he has sold his property through the help of listing agents Michael Nourmand and Adam Sires of Nourmand & Associates.

Manganiello is currently engaged to "Modern Family" actress Sofia Vergara after a romantic proposal in December. It is unknown if the couple has already tied the knot, but they have been living together in a grand estate in Beverly Hills, noted Daily Mail.
