Slash, the former lead guitarist of "Guns N' Roses," is selling his Beverly Hills property.

The 49-year-old rocker musician, whose real name is Saul Hudson, has listed his Los Angeles home for $11 million, reported Realtor.com.

According to the listing of the three-story home, the property is located in a "prestigious guard-gated community" and is described as "an entertainer's dream come true."

The nearly 11,000 square-foot private home resting on almost 20,000-square-foot of California lot includes seven bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, a formal living room, fireplace, a family room equipped with a bar, a formal dining room, a powder room, a staff room, a study or library room, a recreational room, an office, and a chef kitchen. The luxury estate also features a motorcourt and double two-car garages.

The Tuscan Villa has a two-story foyer and center hallways as its notable architectural details.

Meanwhile, the lower level of the house features an entertainment area, which exudes a night club vibe with an area for a DJ station and photo booths. It comes with a bar or kitchenette, a screening room, and a recording studio with a bathroom. A private patio is also accessible through the entertainment level.

A wonderful swimming party can be set in the backyard, which displays an expansive lawn and a barbecue station, aside from the pool, of course. Those who prefer not to swim can enjoy skating on a 36' ramp. There's also an outdoor living room made more comfortable with a fireplace and a television set where old friends can chat while appreciating the sweeping city, hill and valley views.

Guests can also stay a night or more in a comfortable guest suite.

Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage - Beverly Hills South handles the listing.

"It's rocker chic. It's for someone who wants something very special and very different," Mills told Realtor.com.

Based on the photos of the home available on the listing, the mansion is filled with several custom-made artistic details like pirate-shaped chandeliers, custom-built cabinets, exquisite pillars, and other intricately designed furnishing.

An image of the huge master suite can also be seen, which is available for use for the next owners. The suite is large enough to accommodate a sitting room. It also comes with a spa-like shower, a soaking tub and walk-in closets.

Slash's Projects

In September, Slash released his third solo album titled "World on Fire," a collaboration with Myles Kennedy, Independent reported. He is also set to release a horror film soon after his tour or by late 2015.

"I'm into bringing back the psychological, the super scary. Especially the things you can't see going on - character-driven, plot-driven kinda things," Slash, a big horror movie fan and now movie producer, told Billboard.
