"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" star Ben Affleck and his "Alias" actress wife, Jennifer Garner, will still remain under one roof despite their marital turmoil and some major home renovation concerns.

The divorcing celebrity couple will rent Brooke Shields' Los Angeles home while they are renovating their own house, Page Six reported.

Affleck and Garner have been married for a decade but they recently announced their split via a statement published on People.

"After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter. Thank you for understanding." Affleck and Garner stated.

However, raising and co-parenting their children are their top priority, noted Page Six. Thus, they will still be expected to be seen together living in one house. The former couple and their three children are reportedly in Atlanta while Garner is shooting the movie titled "Miracles From Heaven."

After the filming, they will go back to California but will stay temporarily in Shields' estate, the New York outlet added. The family's 8,800-square-foot house, which the ex-couple bought for $17.5 million six years ago, is said to be undergoing some changes, too, which may or may not be linked to their current status.

A source provided People, more clues about the arrangement.

"They are going through extreme renovations and it's almost unlivable there now," the source shared. People also learned that Shields' property was just nearby, thus it is "convenient" for the family to stay there in the mean time.

Brooke Shields' Pacific Palisades home

The family's stay in the "Blue Lagoon" star's home will be delightful because of its grand features, as noted on Trulia. The 5,345-square foot home has five bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a home theater, a lounge, a bar and lovely balconies. The jewel of the home is the master suite that encompasses the whole third-level of the residence. The suite also comes with a fireplace for a more comfortable sleep.

Aside from these amenities, the expansive California home is secluded, which Affleck and Garner will appreciate. The property also offers gracious and stunning mountain and canyon views.

Affleck and Garner may also create new memories in the home as they continue to make their family stronger amid their split. They could cook together in the modern kitchen that showcases high-end Viking appliances and a working station lined with white marble for easy cleaning. Their children may also play outdoors. The grounds display a lovely-looking backyard, a barbecue station, and a swimming pool equipped with spa feature. There are swings that young members of the family will enjoy, too. They may also find delight in playing the grand piano in the living room.
