Just a month after being ordered to pay out $80,000 in past due rent, rap star Tyga is again being sued by his landlord for being in arrears on his $25,000 monthly rent payments.

TMZ reports the landlord claims Kylie Jenner's 25-year-old boyfriend is now two months behind on his rent and, if he doesn't get caught up by July 1, he plans to formally start eviction proceedings. If that happens, the website adds the landlord insists he will commence charging the hip hop star $833 per day in rent until the matter is resolved.

Reports are the $6.5 million, seven-bedroom Calabasas property is the same home Tyga once lived in with ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child Blac Chyna, resulting her also being named as a potential defendant proceeding in any pending legal actions.

The Daily Mail reports during the first court proceedings Tyga, born Michael Nguyen-Stevenson, agreed to a deal to pay the landlord the $80,000 instead of the $124,000 he could have been ordered to fork over. At the time of that settlement, the judge strongly admonished the rap star about meeting deadlines.

The 9,000-square foot property reportedly comes with a basketball court, private movie theater, a spa, and a waterfall-laden swimming pool.

Seventeen-year-old Jenner recently purchased her own $2.7 million home and this week older sister Khloe Kardashian staunchly defended the teenager's relationship with Tyga by boasting when she was a teen she too was involved with older men.

Since becoming involved with the rapper, Jenner and Chyna have regularly feuded with much of it playing out over social media. Recently, it's been rumored Jenner and Tyga are planning to elope when she turns 18 and are contemplating moving out of Los Angeles, perhaps relocating abroad or in New York City.
