Lea Michele has just released her new song titled, "You're Mine," dedicated to her former co-star and real life boyfriend Cory Monteith.

Lea tweeted on Monday, "My next . . . track #YOUREMINE (available tomorrow) is my favorite song on #LOUDER. It's so special to me & it's story is so close to my heart."

The 27-year-old Glee actress will be releasing her album Louder and has made the record extra special by including an emotional song dedicated to Cory. The song was co-written with Sia Furler who also had a hand in writing Britney Spears' Perfume as well as Rihanna's popular Diamonds.

The song includes the lyrics, "You're mine, for life/ And I'll be by your side/ We are entwined/ You're mine, for life/ Hold me until we go, oh yes, and you will love/ I'm yours, you're mine/ I'm yours, you're mine."

US Magazine recalls how Michele told Elle in December that "You're Mine" is dedicated to Monteith. The song was a last minute addition to her album and written following the death of Monteith in July from a drug overdose at the age of 31.

"The album was done, and the label said, 'Do you want to add anything?' I was like, 'I might regret it if I don't,'" Michele told the magazine of adding the track. "It makes me so happy, this song. It makes me think so much of Cory. It was ours. When I think if him, I play this."

Aside from this, the star has just released the cover art of her book titled, Brunette Ambition to be released May 13. The website markets the book as "A practical and inspirational guide to harnessing tenacity and passion, Brunette Ambition is about living the fullest life, no matter what obstacles life puts in your way.," notes E! Online.

Lea's Louder album will hit stores March 4.
