Former "19 Kids and Counting" star Anna Duggar put a smile on her face as she stepped out without husband Josh Duggar amidst his cheating scandal.

Anna was spotted with her four children and her in-laws at an 11 a.m. church service in Arkansas, Entertainment Tonight reports. She was later spotted at her cousin-in-law Amy's wedding to Dillon King in the evening.

Josh admitted to cheating on his wife numerous times and having a pornography addiction. He was also accused of having two paid Ashley Madison accounts, a website set up to link married people together for an affair.

Pastor Jeff Crawford preached about the "secret sin" of pornography during Sunday's congregation at Cross Church.

"I know there are some folks in here today -- pornography is a deal in your life," the pastor said as Anna sat in the audience.

Meanwhile, Josh is still in treatment for his sex addiction while extended family members are helping Anna out with the kids.

Josh and Anna's oldest daughter Mackynzie served as flower girl for the wedding at Horton Farms, People reports.

A source says Josh is losing support from his close friends and family while he is completing treatment at Reformer's Unanimous in Rockford, Illinois, a faith-based rehab center.

His sister Jessa Seewald sided with her father-in-law who called Josh "wicked" and a "hypocritical Christian" while Josh's cousin Amy Duggar revealed he does not have her support either.

"I agree 100 percent with what Mr. Seewald said in his blog," Amy said ahead of the wedding. "We're still shocked and furious."

Anna continues to stand by her husband's side, refusing to leave him for his infidelity. Because of that, she has received some backlash from people, including "Jersey Shore" alum Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi whose husband was also accused of having an Ashley Madison account.

Will Josh change his ways after rehab? Or will he disgrace his family again?
