In the next episode of "How To Get Away With Murder," titled "She's Dying," Annalise (Viola Davis) will be taking the stand in the trial of Nate Lahey (Billy Brown), who was charged with the murder of Sam Keating (Tom Verica).

Nate previously warned Annalise that he was fine with going to prison for a crime that he didn't commit, but he wasn't going to go down without a fight.

According to the International Business Times, at the same time Annalise is testifying against Nate, she and her students will be facing some serious challenges in another case, as they try to defend two wealthy siblings. The team is going to be "blindsided" by new information that could change the course of the case. It will be interesting to see how Annalise and her students get out of this.

So, who will be defending Nate? Annalise was hoping it would be her old friend Eve (Famke Janssen), with whom she shares a long, storied, romantic history. But Eve never agreed to take on Nate's case, leaving him to defend his freedom alone.

If you missed the series premiere last week, Bonnie Winterbottom (Liza Weil) was revealed to be the person who killed Rebecca by tying a plastic bag over her head and watching her slowly suffocate.

Weil told TV Line she was relieved that her character was the one who killed off Rebecca.

"We had laid so much groundwork last season about this immense loyalty and the bond between Bonnie and Annalise. I was happy to have a hard event that backs that up now. It runs deep," she said.

"How To Get Away With Murder" airs Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on ABC. You can check out the promo for the next episode below.
