Adele recently released the video for her new track "Hello," breaking the record for most views in 24 hours, previously held by Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood."

The 27-year-old British singer debuted the music video on Friday, when it garnered 27.7 million views in the first day of its release, according to E! News. Swift's "Bad Blood" only tallied up 20.1 million views in the first day of its release.

In the music video for "Hello," the singer travels to a house out in the country and desperately tries to get hold of her ex-boyfriend, played by Mack Wilds, but he will not take her call.

Adele will be featured in an hour-long BBC One special with Graham Norton to talk about her upcoming album, "25." This will be her first television appearance since performing "Skyfall" at the 2013 Academy Awards ceremony.

"I can't wait," Adele said of her special, called "Adele at the BBC." "Graham and I get on great so it's going to be a laugh."

Graham has dubbed Adele's forthcoming album "the music event of the year."

"This opportunity to spend an hour with Adele, her music and her stories is a truly rare treat," Graham said. "If I wasn't hosting this special I'd be sat at home watching it."

"Adele at the BBC" is to be taped in front of a live audience on Monday, Nov. 2. The air date for the special has not been released yet.

The singer will also be making her first appearance on "Saturday Night Live" since 2008, when she performed "Chasing Pavements" from her first album, "19." She will be featured on the Nov. 21 episode as the musical guest, with Matthew McConaughey serving as host.

Adele's third studio album, "25," will be released on Nov. 20.
