Liam Payne of One Direction on Thursday shared a surprise teaser of the boy band's new song "Olivia."

The 22-year-old English singer took to Twitter to post the short clip of himself lip-syncing to the song, according to MTV News. Payne captioned the video, "I shouldn't really be doing this but! #MadeInTheAM happy Thursday."

In the eight-second video, Payne is seen lip-syncing over his own voice. He mouths the words, "Please believe me, don't you see the things you mean to me/ Oh, I love you, I love you, I love, I love, I love Olivia."

The band previously released the track list to their upcoming album, "Made in the A.M." and one of the tracks is titled "Olivia."

While this song seems to be named after a real person, there are no details on the Olivia who may have inspired the song. This also isn't the first time One Direction have released a song named after a girl. Their song titled "Diana" is featured on their 2013 album "Midnight Memories."

In other news, Payne recently announced his split from girlfriend Sophia Smith, according to People. The pair first met as students in Wolverhampton, England.

"I didn't actually go out with her at the time [when we were younger]," Payne said in an interview with Attitude published in September. "I used to see her at school and we'd kind of chat. I asked her sister for her number. She was very shy and didn't give much indication that she liked me, so I just assumed that she wasn't interested, as well as thinking, she was way too hot for me anyway."

The couple began dating in 2013, but decided to call it quits this month.

One Direction will release their fifth studio album, "Made in the A.M.," on Friday, Nov. 13.
