Jessa Duggar and her husband Ben Seewald have welcomed their first child.

The 23-year-old "19 Kids and Counting" reality star gave birth to a son, TLC reported to Us Weekly. They have not revealed the name of the child yet.

Seewald's sister Jessica also posted a blue Post-it note on Instagram announcing the news of the new baby. The note read, "I'm an auntie!"

The couple announced that they were expecting a child back in April, but kept the gender of the baby under wraps. Throughout her pregnancy, Duggar documented her budding baby bump on social media.

To prepare for their newborn, Duggar and Ben Seewald, 20, spent time with their nephew Israel, niece Meredith and young siblings. Israel is the son of Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard, and Meredith is the daughter of Josh Duggar and his wife Anna. Josh Duggar is currently in treatment after his recent cheating and molestation scandals.

This past June, Jessa Duggar spoke about her husband in an Instagram post, thanking him for his support through her pregnancy.

"You're already such a sweet daddy, caring for your preborn baby! You're my #1 cheerleader when it comes to making good food choices, but you also understand when the baby 'needs' a late-night bowl of cookies & cream ice cream!" she wrote on June 21. "Thanks for all the back rubs, breakfast in bed, and for encouraging me to stick with those pregnancy workouts! You're the best! So blessed to have you as my husband and the father of our baby."

The couple celebrated the upcoming birth of their child in October with a co-ed baby shower. Some of the games included a milk-drinking competition for the men and a diaper-changing contest for the women.

Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald were married at the First Baptist Church in Bentonville, Arkansas in November 2014.
