The WB series Gilmore Girls ended seven years ago, but at least one of the Girls is open to taking the story to the big screen.

Lauren Graham played Lorelai Gilmore on the series, which lasted from 2000 until 2007. During a recent Reddit AMA, the actress revealed that she misses the show.

"I miss that writing, even though those long speeches could be a challenge," she said.

The show also featured and brought fame to Alexis Bledel, who played Rory Gilmore, Lorelai's daughter.

"Love her, we'll always have a special bond," Graham said of her former co-star. "Saw her in NY not too long ago. I had a nice lunch with TV mom Kelly and Amy S.P. as well. We went to Joe Allen, one of my faves."

Despite the friendship of the two most necessary actresses, Graham admitted that she is unsure about the future of a Gilmore Girls movie.

"I honestly don't know," she explained. "I appreciate how many have asked. That character was so special -- I wonder what happens to her too!"

Still, the actress, who now stars in NBC's Parenthood, would jump at the opportunity.

"Yes, IF a movie version could be as good as we'd all want it to be, I'd love to play that character again," Graham said.

Reprising the role of Lorelai would probably not be hard for the actress, who admits "sadly" that she drinks coffee "all day" just like the character and has even " incorporated Huzzah! into my repertoire."

Graham also shared her favorite Gilmore Girls memory.

"Hard to pick one moment, but I remember working long hours and getting really punchy," she shared. "We'd start making up raps and singing 'Loving You' by Minnie Ripperton.

Graham plays on Sarah Braverman on Parenthood. It airs Thursdays at 10/9c on NBC.
