Josh Duggar is being sued by porn star Danica Dillon, who claims he assaulted her on several occassions during sexual encounters.

The 27-year-old "19 Kids and Counting" reality TV star met up with Dillon twice, paying to have sex with her in March and April, when he allegedly assaulted her, according to TMZ.

Dillon is seeking $500,000 as in damages from Duggar for the harm he caused her.

In court papers, Dillon maintained that the encounters with Duggar resulted in "physical and emotional injuries," which had made her feel at the time "as if she were being raped."

"The defendant has a history of sexual and physical abuse towards women, particularly those he perceives as vulnerable or weak," said Stephanie Ovadia, Danica's attorney, according to In Touch Weekly. "He has to be held responsible for his actions."

This is not the first time Duggar has been accused of sexual misconduct. It was revealed earlier this year that he molested four of his younger sisters in 2002. Duggar's parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, had waited 16 months before informing authorities of their son's crimes.

"I don't believe there should be any spin-off shows whatsoever," Ovadia said. "I think [the family] needs to have some accountability to the public."

In August, it was further revealed that Duggar was cheating on his wife and that he had a porn addiction. He is currently in a Rockford, Illinois rehab center receiving treatment. There have been no reports on how long he will reside at the rehab center, but he is said to be undergoing long-term treatment there.

"19 Kids and Counting," which followed the Duggar family's lives in Tontitown, Arkansas, no longer airs on TLC. The show was canceled in May 2015, after Duggar's molestation scandal was revealed to the public. The show's first episode aired on Sept. 29, 2008.
