Adele fans who recently purchased tickets for the singer's upcoming tour may have had their identities stolen.

Some fans have claimed that after buying tickets for the "Hello" singer's show, they were shown the address and credit card details of other customers, according to BBC News. These advance tickets, which were made available to members of Adele.com only, went on sale Tuesday morning.

Due to an "extreme load" malfunction on the site, customers may have seen the personal payment details of other users upon check out, according to ticketing company Songkick, who apologized for the error.

"At no time was anyone able to access another person's password, nor their payment or credit card details (which are not retained by Songkick)," Songkick said in a statement.

While trying to buy tickets, Kiran Farmah, located in Birmingham, was offered tickets for the Glasgow shows.

"I got through to buying tickets but it came up with someone else's screen with their card details and home address for SSE," Farmah tweeted.

Emma Harris in Woking experienced a similar situation.

"After queuing for an hour and half, we clicked the tickets we wanted [and] got pushed through to another screen but different tickets were selected," Harris said. "We went with these anyway because we thought otherwise we'd lose out. But when we got to the next screen, where you fill in your details, all of the boxes were already filled in with somebody else's name, somebody else's address and somebody else's credit card number."

Harris responded to this buy deleting the other customer's credit card number and proceeded to purchase tickets for Adele's show at the O2 in London for next March.

Adele's tour kicks off in Belfast on Feb. 29 and wraps up in Antwerp on June 13.
