Adele has finally cleared up recent rumors that claimed she had turned down the chance to record a duet with Beyoncé.

Earlier this year, rumors popped up that the 27-year-old "Hello" singer snubbed Queen Bey, according to the Daily Mail.

"There's a rumor going around that I turned Beyoncé down, which I would never be so disrespectful as to do," Adele told Zane Lowe. "I'd never disrespect her like that. I'm such a fan, oh my God."

The British singer previously spoke about one of the first times she met the "Crazy In Love" singer. Adele said she was so starstruck by Beyoncé she began to cry.

"I met Beyonce at the O2, and at the Grammys," Adele said. "I was basically dribbling as she was talking to me. Then Jay-Z came over to talk to her but Beyonce was like: 'I'm talking, not now.'"

Jay Z then asked Adele directly if he could have a moment alone with his wife, to which the singer responded, "You know my name?"

After the interaction, she said she ran off to the balcony, where she fell to her knees and continued to cry.

The singer is set to perform on "Saturday Night Live" on Saturday, Nov. 21 with Matthew McConaughey serving as the host. She will also be featured in a one-hour NBC concert special, "Adele Live in New York City," at Radio City Music Hall, which will air on Monday, Dec. 14.

Adele released her new album "25" on Wednesday, Nov. 20. So far the album has produced the single "Hello." In the past week, she has also previewed the songs "Send My Love (To Your New Lover)" and "When We Were Young" from the album. "25" is her follow-up to 2011's "21," which produced the singles "Rolling in the Deep," "Someone like You," "Set Fire to the Rain," "Rumour Has It" and "Turning Tables."
