YouTube has compiled a list of the top ten videos of the year, and a popular song and dance took the top honor. Among the top ten there are music videos, a carefully crafted prank, a police officer singing Taylor Swift, and much more.

Top Video of 2015

This dance video for Silento's "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" uploaded by Tianne King is the year's top video. In it, five young girls, including her daughter Heaven, dance the Whip and Nae Nae in New York's streets, while people look on in surprise and take photos. The video was uploaded to YouTube on April 22, and it has been viewed over 116 million times. When "Watch Me" was first released, it led to thousands of people uploading their recreations of the dance on Vine and YouTube.

Number 2

The second ranked video of 2015 is a Super Bowl commercial for the mobile video game Clash of Clans. Actor Liam Neeson plays the game and ends up being defeated. Neeson is angry and promises that he will get revenge on "Big Buffet Boy 85," the opponent who defeated him in the game. "I am coming for you with lots of barbarians and dragons," Neeson says. After his speech is rudely interrupted, Neeson goes back into his game and says, "You will regret the day you crossed 'Angry Neeson 52,'" and clicks the Revenge button. The commercial has been viewed more than 85 million times.

Number 3

The third ranked video of 2015 features a bored dad and his kids looking to prank their mother. Youtuber Roman Atwood is talking to his wife on the phone and asks her when she will come back from work. He tells her that he wants to do something with the kids instead of sitting around the house all day. He then fills the entire house with plastic play balls and jumps off the second floor onto a trampoline filled with balls and plays with the kids. The wife calls to tell him she is coming home soon. He creates a booby trap on the front door, unleashing a huge pile of balls all over her when she walks in. She then realizes the house is filled with even more play balls. The wife says she loves it, and the whole family ends the video playing in the ball-filled house. The video has more than 56 million views.

Number 4

The fourth ranked video of 2015 is the "Love Has No Labels Diversity and Inclusion" ad. The ad, created by the Ad Council, was designed to show that things like gender, age, race and religion do not matter when it comes to love includes same sex and interracial couples as well as people with disabilities. A giant X-ray machine shows two people kissing on the screen. The first couple comes from behind the screen to reveal two women. The second couple does the same and reveals an interracial couple. People with disabilities and a family with two dads are also shown. The video has been viewed over 55 million times since it was uploaded on March 3.

Number 5

The fifth ranked video of 2015 is "Lip Sync Battle with Will Ferrell, Kevin Hart and Jimmy Fallon." In the video, the three comedians pretend to sing popular songs while really getting into their performances. Fallon performs Kelly Clarkson's "Since U Been Gone," at one point sliding on the floor on his knees while silently belting out the lyrics. He ends the performance with a mic drop. The video has more than 54 million views.

Number 6

The sixth ranked video of 2015 is "Justin Bieber Carpool Karaoke." In the video, Justin Bieber and "The Late Late Show" host James Corden are driving together when one of Bieber's songs comes on. They both sing along and dance. They continue to sing other songs as they come on, and in between songs, they engage in small talk. The video has been viewed over 43 million times.

Number 7

The seventh ranked video of 2015 is "6ft Man in 6ft Giant Water Balloon" by the Slow Mo Guys. In the video, a large man puts on a giant balloon suit that is filled with water. The balloon eventually pops after being overinflated. The replay of the popping balloon is shown in extreme slow motion. It has been viewed more than 40 million times.

Number 8

The eighth ranked video of 2015 is a performance by Calum Scott from "Britain's Got Talent." Scott performs right after his sister is not chosen by the judges, wowing the judges with his singing. He is given a standing ovation and the full approval of the judges. The video has been viewed over 38 million times.

Number 9

The ninth ranked video of 2015 is "Dover Police DashCam Confessional (Shake it Off)." In the video, a police officer sings along and dances to "Shake it Off" by Swift. The police officer continues patroling his route while singing. The video has been viewed over 37 million times.

Number 10

The tenth ranked video of 2015 is "Mean Tweets - President Obama Edition." In the video, President Barack Obama appears on "Jimmy Kimmer Live!" and reads tweets from users criticizing him. He reads the mean tweets with a serious tone and is not phased by them. The video has been viewed over 34 million times.
