An impressive NBA record

Paul, who attended the Wake Forest University, has been shining brightly for eleven seasons so far in the league. He entered the NBA in 2005 when he was chosen in the first round, fourth overall by the New Orleans Hornets, per Basketball Reference. He earned the Rookie of the Year Award for the 2006-2006 season, NBA.com noted. However, he even improved and had his best years in 2007-2009, where he scored an average of more than 21 points per game for two consecutive seasons, according to ESPN stats.

He transferred to the Los Angeles Clippers in 2011 and continued deliver an average of more than 16 points per game.

Yet, even though Paul is a productive shooter, he is also consistent in giving other people great chances to score, too. So far, in his entire career, he averages 9.9 assists per game, making him well-suited for his point guard position.
