Chicago Bulls' legend Scottie Pippen is offering his Florida estate on the market for a reduced price.

The six-time NBA champion is selling his retreat home for $11.5 million, Realtor.com reported. The 50-year-old player commissioned Gilles Rais of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate -- Fort Lauderdale Las Olas to handle its listing. The retired professional basketball player has reportedly cut his precious asking price by $300,000 to achieve his new tag price.

The property listing on Realtor.com described the abode as an answer to a house hunter's dream of a "luxurious Randall Stofft designed Modern Italian style estate."

The 13,500-square-foot home features six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half baths. The two-story home built in 2004 also displays a formal dining room and a kitchen with a casual dining area and a snack bar. Photos of the home reveal a grand living room with an airy ambiance, a home theater, and a personal gym with state-of-the-art equipment and a balcony that provides wonderful water and verdant views.

The Mediterranean dwelling place resting on 0.74 acres of land has several spectacular interior details. Inside the home, one will see formal-themed accents, intricate hanging lights, wide and tall windows, carpeting, an open floor plan and recessed lighting.

Outdoors, a swimming pool with slide features and a basketball court highlight the grounds. There is also a garage to fit in four cars.

Pippen's great time with the Bulls

Aside from earning six championships with the Bulls in NBA seasons 1991 to 1993 and 1996 to 1998, he also had other honors, NBA.com noted. During his stay with Chicago, he was a three-time All-NBA First Team and an eight-time All-Defensive First Team (1992-99). He reportedly was even named as the 1994 NBA All-Star MVP and a seven-time All-Star.

With his stellar NBA career, he amassed a great number of fans, including U.S. President Barack Obama, who sent him a hand-written note on his 50th birthday. Pippen shared the note via Twitter.

Pippen was even confident of his own greatness then that he compared himself to LeBron James, Cleveland.com informed.

"I was LeBron James before LeBron James," Pippen said.

"They want to compare him to the greatest, whether it be Michael Jordan or Magic Johnson, but he's more closer to myself ... if you look at how he plays the game and how I played the game, you'll see more similarities with us," Pippen added.
