Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are rumored to be feuding this holiday season as their money woes deepen.

According to Radar Online, in years past Spelling has spared no expense in making Christmas a special time for her children. But with the couple now rumored to be strapped for cash, fulfilling that habit is coming much harder this year.

"Christmas has always been a very big deal for Tori and she has always gone over the top," a source said. "But the reality has set in that with their financial situation the way it is, they just can't buy all of the gifts for the kids that Tori would like. It's depressing for Tori to not be able to go out and just buy the kids the stuff they want."

Meanwhile, word is the 49-year-old McDermott hasn't allowed himself to become too stressed about the situation. Beyond that, he seems convinced the kids don't need much to start with.

The difference in opinion is reported to have left famed producer Aaron's Spelling's daughter feeling cornered.

"She feels trapped in the relationship, and Tori is ready to pull the plug on the marriage," a source said. "Neither one of them has any income coming in at the moment, so Tori is no longer frightened that Dean could seek and get financial support."

The family recently downsized to a smaller California home, marking the third time they have moved to a smaller residence over roughly just a two-year period.

In hopes of improving their financial situation, the 42-year-old Spelling is rumored to now be hoping to get daughters Stella, 7, and Hattie, 4, more involved in modeling. The two recently appeared in a full Modern Queen Kids ad campaign in full make-up.

Aaron Spelling is known for having produced such TV shows as "Beverly Hills 90210," "Melrose Place" and "The Love Boat."
