After the announcement that the remake of "Final Fantasy VII" will come in multiple parts, producer Toshinori Kitase and director Tetsuya Nomura have less concern whether the "Final Fantasy VII Remake" will be and open-world game or sandbox.

In an update given by DualShockers, one of the key revelations includes the type of game it will be. The game will definitely need a new voice for its voice over parts, and the team has not cast any voice actor for the role.

In his statement, Nomura said, "Basically, it will be fully voiced. We still haven't decided the voices of the characters that weren't in the 'Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.'"

According to the website, the initial development for the game has already started and the battle system has also been formulated. It's now time to develop it, which needs extensive attention.

All the mini-games that fans have enjoyed in the past are also being considered in the development. This will add some sort of familiarity in the game. The return of these fan favorite mini-games will have to be reviewed carefully by the developer as some standard of technical development is needed in order to make them fit with the main game. These plans by the developer perfectly fit their previous announcement that "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" will be released in multiple parts. One of the main reasons is that they wanted players to experience it with more meaningful content instead of just making everything fit in just one game.

Meanwhile, GameRant said that Square Enix is about to release two more characters on their Play Arts Kai figurine collection and that include Cloud and Barret. The addition of Barret on the lineup has been formerly introduced during the annual Jump Festa in Japan. These collector items have not been tagged with their respective prices, but according to the website, they usually sell for about $100 per item.

Square Enix has not confirmed any release date for the figurines, but if you are a hardcore gamer who also invest on such items, keep a close eye on the developer's next announcement.

The first installment of the "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" has no release date so far, but there are speculations that it might be released on the 20th anniversary of the original "Final Fantasy" game, which is on Jan. 31, 2017.
