A new sneak peek video from Wednesday's all-new episode of "Criminal Minds" shows that things will get intense when Dr. Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) goes on a blind date with a dangerous psychopathic killer.

A preview video from the upcoming episode, which is titled "Entropy," shows Reid sharing a tense moment with his date Cat Adams, played by "Grumpy Cat" star Aubrey Plaza. In the teaser, which was released via TVLine, Cat challenges Reid to play a deadly mind game that forces him to think on his feet in order to save himself and the other people in the restaurant.

"Here's my game," she tells him. "You have 30 minutes to answer every question I ask. And it you lie, I know because I have spent the last 10 years of my life studying men and their lies before I kill them."

In an interview with TVLine, Plaza said she jumped at the opportunity to guest star on the show as a deranged killer.

"I just thought playing that role would be really fun," she said. "There aren't many opportunities for me to play a psychopath that has planted a bomb in a restaurant and who's holding a gun under a table trying to kill an FBI agent. That's some juicy stuff. I don't care what show it's on."

At the beginning of the episode's latest trailer, Reid and Cat appear to hit it off very well after they meet at a romantic restaurant. However, things take a sudden turn for the worse when the actress asks him if he "likes games." That's when Cat pulls out a gun underneath their table and gently grabs Reid's gun from his inside pocket. She also admits she planted a bomb in the restaurant.

Meanwhile, both the synopsis and another video teaser reveal that the special FBI unit will work together to crack the Dirty Dozen case.

According to CarterMatt, the synopsis for "Entropy" states, "The BAU implements an elaborate strategy to try and take down the 'Dirty Dozen' hitmen ring, with Reid playing a central role, on Criminal Minds, Wednesday, Jan. 13 (9-10 p.m., ET) on the CBS Television Network. Aubrey Plaza guest stars as Cat Adams, Reid's date."

Meanwhile, TVLine also confirmed that "24" alum Marisol Nichols will reprise her role as FBI Agent Natalie Colfax in Episode 15 next month. The "NCIS" alum was first introduced on the show as Colfax back in October. This time she'll return to help the BAU solve a case involving women who were murdered in their own homes throughout Los Angeles. The BAU then goes on the hunt to find an UnSub who was able to gain the victims' trust.

Season 11, Episode 11 of "Criminal Minds" will premiere on Wednesday, Jan. 13 at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
