"Making a Murderer" is in heat as the docu series continually kept the viewers on the edge of their seats. The Netflix hit series stirred numerous controversies after it was stated that the filmmakers left out important facts making the series seem biased in pointing out the failed justice system in the United States.

As per ABC News, Ken Kratz, the prosecutor involved in Avery's case, decided to speak up as he is still convinced that Steven Avery murdered Teresa Halbach.

Kratz told Nightline that what the filmmakers did is considered to be a "defence advocacy piece" where in they carefully patch the story together creating a plot line that led to Avery's innocence.

Kratz then stated, "Their bias, their outcome, where they want the viewers to go with this, what they spoon feed the viewers, what they pick and choose by way of facts, what they leave out, importantly, causes only one reaction and only one conclusion: that Mr. Avery was innocent, and that he was the subject of planted evidence."

In addition to Ken Kratz, ABC's Dan Abrams is also convinced that Steven Avery murdered Teresa Halbach. As per Entertainment Weekly's report, Abrams' launched his own legal website, Lawz News, wherein he discussed Steven Avery case. Abrams took Halbach's side as the legal news anchor pointed out several facts pinning Avery towards the crime scene.

Part of what he wrote on the website discussed the controversial topic wherein the filmmakers decided to omit some of the scenes.

Abrams then discussed his opinions in regards to the evidence which is said to be tampered to frame Avery.

As per Abrams, "It is hard not to moved by that moment, that is, unless you know that those sorts of punctures are at least somewhat common. Well, that sure changes things but the filmmakers either didn't know that or just didn't care to share it with the audience."

Abrams stated that it is impossible to miss out on the fact that Halbach's remains were found by the authorities in Avery's fire pit.

Abrams then added, "Surely. But that does not mean we can or should ignore the actual (as opposed to figmental) evidence against Steven Avery. I am convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that Steven Avery killed Teresa and that he received a flawed but overall fair trial."

Abrams also added that Avery should leave his nephew, Brendan Dassey out of the crime scene as he is convinced that the only person that's involved in Halbach's murder is Steven Avery.
