Good news, "The Walking Dead" fans, season 5 is officially on its way as the show's stars landed in Georgia this week to start filming.

So who exactly is in Georgia? Twitter knows some details. Michael Cudlitz (Sgt. Abraham Ford), Lawrence Gilliard Jr. (Bob Stookey), Alanna Masterson (Tara Chambler) and Josh McDermitt (Dr. Eugene Porter) all tweeted this week that they have returned to Atlanta.

"Made it down to #Hotlanta y'all!!! Let's get to work...! #TWD #Season5 #TeamSasha," Sonequa Martin-Green, who plays Sasha, said via Twitter.

Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl Dixon, is in town too. On Sunday, he posted a photo from Gaffney, S.C., on the way to Atlanta.

Although season 5 is beginning production, Reedus says that he only knows "a bit" about the new episodes thanks to "The Walking Dead" comic creator Robert Kirkman and showrunner Scott M. Gimple.

"Those guys are very good at telling you a bunch of stuff, and you sit there for an hour and you walk away and go, 'What the hell did he just say? What's going on?'" Reedus told Entertainment Weekly. "They're very good at masking what they want to tell you."

Still, Reedus feels that some crazy things are going to come out of season 5. Reportedly, season 5 will be more fast-paced than the last half of season 4.

"From what I know, it's gonna be just completely insane," Reedus continued. "I sort of knew I needed like a good month to rest to jump in. The storyline they're throwing me is a thousand miles an hour."

Gimple also recently spoke about the upcoming season 5 changes.

"Things are just going to have a much different tone and a much different practical reality moving forward," he told Comic Book Resources late April. "The season has a number of shifts of location ... but the tone for most of the season is very, very, very intense. [It's] going to be very different from the last half-season ... It was always planned out in my head that there would be these big shifts, and we're about to have one of those big shifts."

Season 5 of "The Walking Dead" begins in October.
