Live from Omaha, Nebraska, "WWE Monday Night Raw" could see AJ Styles take on an extreme approach to his "Extreme Rules" match against WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns at "WWE Extreme Rules."

Styles Going Extreme

Last week on "SmackDown," Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows told Styles he needs to abandon any restraints if he wants to defeat Reigns and win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Styles took the consider to heart, and perhaps even more since his team lost the "SmackDown" main event to Reigns and The Usos. At "Raw," especially in anticipation for the next pay per view, fans could see Styles taking on Reigns with either a foreign object or once again smashing through the announce table.

Intercontinental Four-Way

The feud between Intercontinental Champion The Miz and Cesaro appears to have double with the inclusion of Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. Although Owens and Zayn have their own feud going on, both Superstars want the Intercontinental Championship. Since the "Payback" event, Zayn, Owens and Cesaro have put their hands on the championship, and fans should expect promo and possible a tag team match between tonight's show or next Monday's program.

What's Next for Ambrose?

Last week on "Raw," Dean Ambrose saw his "Ambrose Asylum" segment canceled and the smashing of his potted plant, Mitch. To sell the injury, he didn't appear on "SmackDown." A week later, Ambrose is expected to return and likely to continue his feud against Chris Jericho, which may culminate in an Extreme Rules (hardcore) match later this month.

Submitting to Victory?

WWE Women's Champion Charlotte and Natalya will compete for the championship at "Extreme Rules" in a submission match - which has not been done within the women's division in quite a number of years. Monday night will see either Charlotte or Natalya (likely the latter) compete in a match and win in order to gain momentum --- hopefully not at the expense of Emma.

New No. 1 Contenders

WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day and WWE United States Champion Kalisto have new competition vying for their respective titles: The Vaudevillains and Rusev. For The New Day, The Vaudevillains are, and should be, building heat based on Enzo Amore's injury, but Big Cass is still on the prowl looking to avenge his injured tag partner. Meanwhile, Rusev won last Monday's battle royal and will fight for the U.S. title at "Payback."

"WWE Monday Night Raw" airs weekly at 8 p.m. EST on the USA Network.
