Two brothers from Pakistan, nicknamed "solar boys," have amazed and puzzled doctors with their unique medical condition that has them behaving normally during the day but when night comes they become paralyzed.

According to multiple reports the young boys, Abdul Rasheed, 9, and Shoaib Ahmed, 13, are fine throughout the day but once the sun sets they can't open their eyes, eat or talk.

The boys family hails from a village in Quetta and, because they're family doesn't have the financial means of paying for medical exams, the Pakistani government is supporting their health care.

While the boys father believes that the boys get their energy from the sun, doctors disagree because the boys are capable of moving in a dark room during the day.

The brothers have undergone countless exams but nothing has yet to be found that could explain their unbelievably rare condition.

Take a look at the boys and their condition in the video below.
