Wichita, Kansas, was home to "WWE SmackDown" on Tuesday night, which will broadcast on Thursday night, and Dean Ambrose and Chris Jericho shared the main event stage.

The Club Opens the Show

The show first opened with The Club's AJ Styles, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, each speaking about their respective matches at "WWE Money in the Bank" later this July. Enzo Amore and Big Cass interrupt, followed by WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day. The tag champions made their way to commentary for the first match of the night. Big Cass and Amore fought Anderson and Gallows but there wasn't a clear winner due to The Vaudevillains and New Day interfering.

United States Title Spotlight

Backstage, Renee Young interviewed United States Champion Rusev, who claims he is greater than boxing legend Muhammad Ali. Titus O'Neil appeared and said he'll defeat Rusev at "Money in the Bank."

In Other Feuds....

To promote the Money in the Bank ladder match, Alberto Del Rio and Kevin Owens defeated Sami Zayn and Cesaro.

Next, Becky Lynch defeated Dana Brooke via submission. It is Brooke's first televised loss since joining the main roster.

With Dolph Ziggler on commentary, Baron Corbin defeated Kalisto.

In a feud some people likely forgot was brewing, there was a backstage segment with Apollo Crews and Sheamus. The Celtic Warrior mocks Crews, until the latter punches him.

Main Event

Finally it was main event time. Chris Jericho defeated Dean Ambrose with the Codebreaker. Ambrose wasn't done, however, as he attacked Jericho with a ladder to end the show.

"WWE SmackDown" airs weekly on Thursdays at 8 p.m. EDT on the USA Network.
