Olympic champ Usain Bolt and his longtime girlfriend appear to have weathered a storm brought on by rumors of his infidelity during the 2016 Rio Olympics.

The nine-time, gold medal winning sprinter recently shared a picture on social media of the beaming couple under the caption "and it begins."

After blazing his way to three more gold medals last month in Rio, Bolt set forth on a course where he was practically seen with a different woman every night.

Bolt's shenanigans came just months after he confirmed he had been dating Kasi Bennett for at least two years and pronounced her as his "first lady."

Bennett Responds to Rumors

After Brazilian make-up artist Jady Duarte publicly recounted her alleged night of passion with the Jamaican sprinter, Bennett likewise took to social media to express herself, liking an Instagram post where one fan responded to reports of his hook up with Duarte by opining "When your girl is Selfridges, and you cheat on her with Primark."

But all now seems forgiven, just as Bolt's sister Christine Bolt-Hylton boldly predicted things would be.

"I don't think anything happened between him and the Brazilian girl," she said. "He loves Kasi too much to jeopardize the relationship."

She later added, "I know they can work their difficulties out. Usain doesn't believe in cheating."

Bolt Ready to Settle Down

Bolt recently revealed he's had no more than four serious girlfriends and hinted he may now be ready to settle down.

"That's what I want for myself," he said of marriage and his plan of having three children. "I can't put a time-frame on it - when I find the right girl, I would definitely get married. But I have to make sure it's the right girl."

With a net worth in the neighborhood of $60 million, Forbes magazine recently ranked Bolt No. 32 on its list of world's highest paid celebrities.
