Taylor Swift is ready to go to court against DJ David Mueller from Colorado who she claims sexually assaulted her during a meet and greet in 2013. The "Shake It Off" singer claims that Mueller grabbed her bare bottom while they had their picture taken for the event.

Radar Online reported that the singer and Mueller have filed dueling lawsuits. Mueller countered Swift saying that she caused him his career and his job that pays him $150,000 a year. And while the parties were told to keep from releasing statements while the case is being handled, the photo of the said incident was leaked to TMZ.

The Sun was able to grab hold of the said photograph and it showed Taylor sandwiched between David Mueller and an unknown lady. Taylor could be seen leaning towards the woman with her right hand on her back and her left arm at the back of David.

The DJ's left hand was partly inside his left pants pocket while his right hand was behind the "Blank Space" singer. He claimed that although he was able to touch the singer from her back, he never placed his hand underneath her skirt nor did he ever grabbed her bare bottom.

The photographer who took the picture claimed that he noticed something different about Taylor Swift's expression as he took the shot. He dismissed the thought and just did what he had to do. Meanwhile, the singer said that as soon as the incident happened, she did not know what to do. She felt vulnerable as the hand stayed there and did not let go of her. she did not even say thank you, like what she always said during a meet and greet because she felt violated.

Mueller and his girlfriend were told of the incident after they left the singer's dressing room and were told that they should leave. The DJ was removed from his post; he expected to be arrested because of Swift's accusations that night so he called a criminal lawyer. He filed a case against Taylor citing oral defamation in 2015. David Mueller also said that the photograph did not prove anything and it was also clear that he did not place his hands under her skirt.

Taylor Swift said that if she wins the case, she would donate any money to organizations that care for women who were sexually assaulted.
