According to Neurogadget, Samsung Galaxy A7 seems to far close to win the race against Sony Xperia XA with its exclusive specs and features. To compare, Galaxy A7 boasts a 5.7 Inch display which is better than Sony Xperia XA's 5-inch display. Nextly, Samsung has equipped a sharp 1920 x 1080 resolution while Sony Xperia XA is still behind in this quotient with a 1080 x 720 resolution.

As for camera specifications, Gadget 360 reported that Samsung Galaxy A7 sports a 13 Megapixel rear snapper with a 5 Megapixel front snapper whereas Sony Xperia XA Ultra comes out to be powerful in this section with a 21.5-megapixel rear camera and a 16 Megapixel front shooter. 

The memory specifications of both also seem to be quite impressive and competitive, Galaxy A7 comes with 64 GB of internal storage beating Sony's Xperia XA which boasts only 16 GB of internal memory. Whereas for the part of random access memory, both the device comes with 3GB RAM.

The battery specifications are not confirmed yet for Samsung's Galaxy A7. But various potential sources are relying on a 3600mAH battery for Samsung's upcoming stunner as it is thought that this much power support would be required to run the expected applications on it. Whereas Sony Xperia XA's battery specs are still unknown as the company has not revealed anything about its power quotient.
