Terra Live Music in Studio is hosting its first concert of the year: Farruko.

The digital concert is presented by Sprint, and it will take place Thursday night at 8 p.m. EDT. More than 19 countries can listen to his acoustic live performances via www.Terra.com, according to a press release by Terra.

Farruko, who is a Latin Grammy nominated artist, will be backed up by a live band with seven musicians. He will sing some of his recent songs, such as "Besas Tan Bien" and "6AM," which is sitting at No. 1 on the Billboard charts.

The concert will have the Farruko touch. The 23-year-old Puerto Rican has been very involved in the direction of the concert. He has created special versions of the songs to perform with the band.

Farruko, whose real name is Carlos Efren Reyes Rosado, first rose to fame by collaborating with Daddy Yankee, Jory and J Alvarez.

The digital concert is very fitting for Farruko, who usually promotes his music through social media. Just Thursday, he teased the premiere of a new music video, which is coming in five days. He has a good following on Facebook, with 7.8 million, and Twitter, with 1.9 million.

He has also teased Thursday night's concert by showing pictures of himself in a recording studio. He captioned it, "This follows. Don't miss El Terra live concert, only for fans that visit www.Terra.com tonight at 8 p.m."

Some people have described Farruko as "a phenomenal musical act of the times" because of his great versatility with music, according to Terra. He has been able to master reggaeton, rap, hip-hop and R&B, and he also mixes elements of pop, bachata and Vallenato.
