Even with the Queen Elizabeth II's new rules in place for Kate Middleton's wardrobe, it seems she is still having wardrobe malfunctions.

Earlier this year, Middleton's wardrobe was revamped in part because she had too many Marilyn Monroe in "The Seven Year Itch" moments. During her tour in Australia, she wore a wrap dress by Diane von Furstenberg (pictured above) that could have used hem weights. (The Queen has lead weights sewn into her hems.)

A German newspaper, Bild, ran a very revealing picture of Kate Middleton's bare bum when a gust of wind blew her skirt up, said the Daily Beast.

U.K. media turned down the images, but it's not clear yet if the royals will seek legal action. Unlike the time when topless photos were posted of the Duchess, this happened during a public event. But it's hard to imagine that Prince William or Kate Middleton are very happy about these images.

Bild ran the photo next to Kim and Khloe Kardashian. The caption said, "Khloe, Kim and Kate -- butts which have moved us these past few days."

The publication added: "Photos show our favorite Duchess Kate, 32, in the Australian Blue Mountains. The rotor blades of the royal helicopter swirl the air so that Kate's summer dress blew up -- giving a clear view of her beautiful bum!"

It probably won't be any consolation for the Duchess, but Ancestry.com recently discovered that Kate Middleton and Dakota and Elle Fanning are related, said the New York Daily News.

The Fannings are descendants of Edward III through their mother.

It is through Edward III's grandfather that the Fannings and the Duchess would be related, making them distant cousins. Ancestry.com went through about 700 years of birth and death certificates, census records and burial records.
