Risse Racing Technology, an Oregon-based company that best-known for manufacturing a high-performance mountain bike, has created an e-bike with an altitude known as the Voltinator. It is designed for both on-and-off roads, which has the ability to reach the destinations faster with less effort.

According to New Atlas, the Voltinator is perhaps the most prominent feature because of its integrated structural battery box with a rear-hub electric motor inside. The battery box contains a 44-volt battery pack that pushes 750-watt motor, making it possible to an electronic limited top pedal speed of up to 20 mph.

On a single charge, the battery will last in an estimated of 35 miles, yet it depends on the factors such as the terrain and the user's weight. The Voltinator battery box can also accommodate other larger batteries, while the other features include the optional Raspberry Pie 3 control panel and a charger.

Moreover, Digital Trends added that the e-bike's concept was taking after the Super Voltinator model that incorporates a 96-volt battery and a 5,000-watt motor. As far as the performance, this kind of e-bike mopped with a top speed of 50 mph. The optional control panel features are running with Linux, which shows data such as battery level and the estimated range and current speed.

The Voltinator has a custom build that offers a do-it-yourself kit, a kit that starts with nothing more than a frame. Risse Racing also offers a standard model, an exceptional version, and a hybrid. If off-roading is a part-time thing, the Voltinator DIY Kite-bike is a hybrid choice with a similar power from the standard Voltinator.

The Voltinator is made from a billet machined aluminum, it as an interchangeable rear end frame that can switch out depending on the desired wheelbase, wheel size, or if the purchaser wants a rear suspension.  Each model will have a one-year warranty on its electronics, battery, and motor, while the frame and suspension will have a five-year warranty.
