The iPhone 6 will be Apple's biggest release to date. Tens of millions of iPhone's are currently in production at Foxconn facilities across China. Despite being manufactured in relative secrecy, we know a good deal about the design and feature set of the new iPhone thanks to leaked details.

Now when we talk about the iPhone 6, we really are referring to two separate phones. Both of these devices will be flagship models. The main, and perhaps only, differentiator between the two will be the aforementioned screen size and resolution.

The regular iPhone 6 will feature a 4.7-inch 1704x960p display. That isn't quite Full HD, but it's still significantly more screen real estate than the current 1136x640p resolution found on the 4-inch iPhone 5s and 5c models.

The other iPhone model is rumored to feature a large 5.5 inch display with amazing Full HD resolution. This phone has been nicknamed the iPhone 6s. Whether that winds up being the real name is anyone's guess at this point in time.

Apple's next-generation A8 chipset and integrated GPU will power these bad boys. The A8 inside the iPhone 6s may have a slightly faster clock speed due to the increased screen size. The iPad also uses a slightly faster chip then the iPhone so this would be entirely plausible.

The iPhone 6 and 6s will be the thinnest yet. They will also adopt the rounded edge design found in the iPod Touch. And the iPhones will likely feature sapphire glass displays.

The release dates for the iPhone 6 and 6s have also apparently been leaked. According to German telecommunications firm Deutsche Telekom, Sept. 19, 2014 will see the release of the smaller iPhone 6. The iPhone 6s would likely be released later since it's going to be manufactured after the iPhone 6.
