In recent months, multiple photos circulated on social media showing bean-shaped earbuds that are allegedly part of Samsung's new line of products. The South Korean multinational conglomerate accidentally leaked the features of its new Galaxy Buds that is said to rival Apple's AirPods Pro.

Samsung has kept details of the Galaxy Buds' features and tech a secret from the public. But on July 24, XDA- Developers released a report claiming South Korean company quietly released a companion app for the Galaxy Buds in the Google Play Store. The app confirms the name of the earbuds and leaked features included in the new gadget.

What's in the Galaxy Buds Live leak?

The app shows users a brief guide on how to wear the earbuds. It also revealed that the earbuds would have touch controls, allowing users to activate or deactivate its noise-cancelling feature.

The Galaxy Buds companion app also featured an equalizer. Users can customize how their sound comes out by choosing between the six options: Normal, Bass Boost, Clear, Dynamic, Soft, and Treble Boost. The app also revealed the gadget's capability to read notifications aloud. Users can opt-in or opt-out of the setting, as reported by The Verge.

Samsung added in a favorite feature, "Find my Earbuds." The app would give instructions on how to get the earbuds beeping. The feature aims to make it easier for users to find the Galaxy Buds if they slipped down the back of the couch or ended up under the bed.

On top of the leaks from the companion app, WinFuture has also released more information on the Galaxy Buds Live. The earbuds are expected to fetch a price of $169 in the U.S. market. It would also have an estimated 4.5 hours of battery life.
