Over the past 10 months we've seen new content houses pop up everywhere in Los Angeles. From the wildly popular Hype House to the Sway House, these houses are blowing up. A content house is basically a house where social media influencers go to live together so they are able to make more content and collaborate. These houses are especially popular with those still in their hyper-growth phases, like the girls that are in the former Top Talent House.

The Top Talent House, now merged with NotAContentHouse, was an all-girls, professionally managed house that made waves in its first two weeks of existence. With guests like Jacob Sartorius and Griffin Johnson, as well as awesome experiences like jet skiing and stunt plane rides- this house set the internet on fire. All the girls were in growth mode and were starting to heat up as creators, except for Anna Shumate who already had around 6 million followers. The question was; Who are these girls and why am I just now hearing about this house?

Though they recently merged with NotAContentHouse to create an all-female superstar house, the story of the creation of the Top Talent House and their management agency is symbolic of their work ethic and family culture. Nour Khodr, founder of Top Talent L.A. which is the management agency that started the house has quite the story.

He grew up in Florida with a love for music and medicine. He always had a passion for representing people and helping them achieve their goals. This inspired him to become a pre-law student. He started managing some friends he met in college and fell in love with that, and decided to pursue it full time. Over the course of months, his agency grew exponentially, with bigger deals, more creators, and cool collaboration trips. Nour wanted to build a sense of community among his talent and with that decided to start the Top Talent House.

It's exciting to see how the influencer industry develops, and how innovative people behind the scenes create more opportunities for young creators than ever before. Hats off to Nour Khodr and the Top Talent team!
