Never before has spanish music been more popular and mainstream throughout the world than it is today. Thanks to a handful of Latin icons such as Cardi B, Pitbull, Dalex, Bad Bunny, and Nicky Jam, the world is finally getting the opportunity to enjoy the fun eclectic sound that Spanish music has to offer, even if they don't necessarily understand the language.

You can now add Radikal Hughes to a small intimate list of very popular artists that are capturing the hearts of listeners all across Latin America.  To those who may be unfamiliar with him, Radikal Hughes is the American Christian Recording Artist that has been on fire as of late, gaining increasing popularity all throughout Latin America, after listeners recently caught wind of his popular singles "Enfuego'' and "Aye Dios Mio."  Despite Hughes not being hispanic, nor bilingual yet, Hughes frequently uses various Spanish words and phrases within his music, which has really enhanced and diversified his sound.

Radikal Hughes, also known as Dan Hughes, has been drawing numerous similarities, particularly to the likes of renowned Cubano Superstar Armando Perez, better known to the world as Pitbull. Due to Radikal's tonality, positive music, entrepreneurial spirit, physical appearance, fashion, and high energy commercial sound, it is fully understandable why so many within the music industry have nicknamed Hughes the "Christian Pitbull."  When asked what Hughes felt about the numerous Pitbull comparisons Hughes said, "It doesn't bother me at all, if anything I consider it a compliment. With how Pitbull has consistently dominated both the music and the business world, while being a humanitarian at the same time, that truly inspires me." When asked if the Christian Rapper would ever collaborate with Pitbull if given the opportunity Hughes didn't hesitate by saying, "Yes, In a heartbeat, I would love to, tell him to call me it would be a dream come true, and I think it would be an incredible track."

With how Radikal's music has increasingly become popular among Latinos, that one day may soon become a reality. There actually have been numerous rumors circulating that Radikal Hughes may currently be working on another album and preparing to team up with some of the most sought after Latin artists for what would be his third monumental release. There also have been mentions that the rapper's new music could possibly be released in both English and Spanish, which would further intensify Hughes popularity among Latinos even more so. WIth there being so many high expectations about a possible third album release, the spotlight is bright on this faith based musician, due to recent speculation that this new music would be full of controversial content.

"Music is probably the most powerful medium that we as people have today, and we need to use it to bring forth positivity and good into this world." said Hughes.  "What I love about music is that it's universal, and that your soul can feel the song's message just by the energy it transmits. What I particularly love about Spanish music is the energy and passion, along with the melodic sounds that you can feel. Spanish music is heartfelt and festive, infused with passion, just like the Latin Culture and I love that."

If it feels like Hughes is very familiar with the latin culture, it is because the artist has had strong ties with the latin community for a majority of his life.  Growing up just outside of Chicago, Hughes was exposed at an early age to many hispanics, and his circle of friends heavily consisted of Chicanos and Puerto Ricans growing up during his high school years.  After high school, Hughes moved down to the Latin mecca of Miami, FL, where he was more thoroughly exposed to the Latin world and was quickly influenced with the Latin sound that so many can recognize in Radikal's music today.

Radikal Hughes continues to bring healing to millions of lives across this world through his music and Radikal Nation Movement.  With our world currently in the midst of a global pandemic experiencing a crisis like the latin community has never seen before, Hughes says that he has big plans to pursue some of his humanitarian passions once the world opens back up. Hughes specifically plans to partner with missionaries and local pastors throughout Latin America and help to assist them in their local communities with their philanthropy of preaching the gospel.  Hughes mentioned that he also plans to organize an international tour to finally meet some of his most loyal fans, specifically targeting the Latin American nations of Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuba, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Columbia, Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Ecuador.  At the prime age of 35, Radikal Hughes is just getting started.
