Three Idaho children, who were reported missing, might be together, the Gem County Sheriff's office said on Tuesday.

The Sheriff's office identified the children as Tristan Connor Sexton, 17; Taylor Summers, 14; and Taryn Summers, 8.

According to a Fox News report, these children were last seen in Emmett's small town in Idaho on separate dates. Tristan and Taylor were reported as runaways last September and October, East Idaho News reported.

Court records showed that the three children are related and living in the same home.

Sheriff's Office on Missing Idaho Children

Authorities believed that the three Idaho children ran away from their homes. The focus of the Gem County Sheriff's office recent efforts is to locate the whereabouts of the youngest child in the group, Taryn Summers, who was reported to be missing late Monday afternoon.

"Her [Taryn] status is that of (a) missing child due to her young age," the sheriff's office said.

However, authorities also face the fact that Taryn might also have run away from their home and might be with the two older kids.

Authorities have searched the area comprehensively to make sure that the 8-year-old kid is not nearby or injured, according to an Associated Press report. The Sheriff's office is also reaching out to anyone who knows Taryn to find out if she might also be with a friend.

Meanwhile, Tristan Sexton and Taylor Summers, who were reported to be runaways, were deemed safe by the authorities because reports noted that they have had "frequent contact" with their family members during their absence from their home.

Taryn was last seen on Monday wearing dark blue leggings and a white long-sleeved shirt. The eight-year-old kid, who is 4'0" in height, also wears black and pink tennis shoes.

The Gem County Sheriff's Office posted a statement in its Facebook public group, saying that the investigation is still ongoing, and Taryn is not yet located by the authorities. Furthermore, the police noted that there's no identified safety concern for the general public.

Taylor Summers, who is 5'3", had brown hair and hazel eyes. Taylor was last seen wearing a t-shirt and skinny blue jeans. She was also wearing yellow and white Vans shoes.

The case of the three Idaho children is still under investigation. The Gem County Sheriff's office said it would continue its active investigation regarding the three children reported to be missing from a residence in Gem County.
